Return Policy 

At Beaut U, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

In accordance with Swiss law, we offer refunds or exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us at info.support@beauty-u.ch with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours to provide further instructions.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been used or opened, unless they are defective or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Credit Card -If you paid via credit card then your refunds will be issued back to the credit card you used to pay for your order. We do not have access to credit card numbers, our secure 3rd party vendor takes care of this for us. This means that we can only refund the credit card you used to complete your purchase and we can only issue a refund for the total of the purchase price. All refunds should appear back on your credit card within 3-5 business days. If for any reason the refund does not show up then please contact info.support@beauty-u.ch.

PayPal -If you paid via PayPal then when a refund is issued it will show up almost immediately. PayPal makes this process pretty transparent and you should see the money in your account fairly quick.
