1. Program Overview

   The Beauty U Rewards program ("Program") allows registered members to earn loyalty points, referred to as "Coins," on eligible purchases made through Beauty U's online and physical store locations.

2. Earning Coins

   • Members earn 1 Point for every $10.00 spent on eligible purchases.
   • Points are earned based on the total purchase amount before taxes and discounts.

3. Membership Levels

   • Level 1: Beauty U Member (Free to Join)
     • Earn 1 Point for Every $10.00 Spent
   • Level 2: Beauty U Premium ($501.00 Purchase to Qualify)
     • Earn 1.5 Points for Every $10.00 Spent
   • Level 3: Beauty U Elite ($1,000.00 Purchase to Qualify)
     • Earn 2 Points for Every $1,001.00 Spent

4. Conversion of Coins

   • Coins earned can be converted into discount coupons.
   • The conversion rate is determined based on the current market exchange rate.
   • The conversion can be requested and claimed on the 2nd of January each year.

5. Coupon Usage

   • Discount coupons can be redeemed on purchases made at Beauty U's online store or physical store locations.
   • Coupons are valid for a specified period, as indicated upon conversion.
   • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other individuals.

6. Additional Terms

   • Beauty U reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beauty U Rewards program, its terms, or any aspect thereof at any time.
   • Beauty U may modify the conversion rate based on market fluctuations without prior notice.
   • Beauty U may adjust the membership levels and requirements at its discretion.
   • Abuse of the program, including fraudulent activity or any violation of these terms, may result in the termination of a member's account.

   By participating in the Beauty U Rewards program, members agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the Beauty U Privacy Policy.
